CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES
Privacy: Your privacy is very important to us and we respect it. Hobbies Corner will never disclose any personal information you provide us (such as your name, shipping address, e-mail address or telephone number), or any information related to your purchase history with us to any third parties.
Shipping: The final shipping costs will be confirmed to you in an e-mail at the time your order is shipped. Complete details about how to estimate your shipping costs are shown on our shipping cost page, and we strongly recommend that you read it. Shipping of ordered items will depend on the stock availabilities and or upon shipping notice been send to you. Once the ordered item(s) has been ship/deliver, there will be no cancellation or refund.
Returns & Refunds: Please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery as we will accept requests to return sale able-condition. \"Sale able\"-condition means the item is in like-new condition with all parts and components present, that it is in original packed or manufacturer seal, and there is no damage to the outer package. Take note, however, that unless the return is necessary because of a shipping error or defective merchandise, the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us is your responsibility. Always consult with us for our instructions before returning any merchandise, regardless of the reason. If a return becomes necessary due to a mistake in shipping, shipping damage or a defect in the product, we will compensate you for the shipping charges to return the item to us if you ship the item as directed by us and all this must be made within 5 days of its delivery to you. We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects in cases of user abuse.
Please do understand that we will not pay for a return of merchandise simply because it was not what you expected and if not due to our error. Ask us before you order if you have any doubts about what you are purchasing.
Problem Resolving: Hobbies Corner will promptly address any customer claims of shipping errors, damage, defects, missing items, etc. if we are contacted within 5 days of delivery date. We will solve all genuine customer service problems through refunds, reshipment, discounts or whatever else it takes to reach a fair solution to the problem. But it is your job to tell us if a problem has occurred. As such if customer in any unreasonable situation did not contact us to resolve any problem that occurs and demand for refund and by any reason to hold or not to pay the items you’ve order upon payment request, Hobbies Corner has the right to black list such customer; meaning we will accept no further orders from them. Hence, we also will share information about blacklisted customers with other online merchants offering similar merchandise.
About Pre-Order Items: Hobbies Corner will accept any pre-order items due to stock not available at the moment or any items that you need us to order for you which is/are not in our e-store. Should the pre-order item(s) are more than Rm500 at retail price, a 50% deposit of the retail/given total price will be charge to customer upon confirm ordering. Should the customer cancel the order once it has confirm by us, this deposit will be forfeited. But if the order is/are not available within the period of given time, this deposit will be refunded.
